Monthly program fee will be automatically charged to customer’s credit card monthly on date of purchase until you cancel.
In the event the customer wishes to cancel their Fast Pass membership, cancellations must be submitted on the Customer Portal.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide and maintain a valid email address or a phone number on file with Rainstorm Car Wash in order to receive any changes or updates to the Terms and Conditions for the Fast Pass membership.
Rainstorm Car Wash reserves the right to close due to inclement weather, major holidays or equipment failure.
Rainstorm Car Wash may increase monthly rates with notice posted at site at least 15 days in advance.
Members may be texted or e-mailed for promotional and transactional purposes.
Fast Pass memberships are intended for a single vehicle ONLY. Fraud will result in immediate termination of the Fast Pass membership plan.

Rainstorm allows our customers to opt-in to receive automated text messages containing new promotions, discounts, and free wash coupons. By checking the opt-in box you agree to review these text messages until you tell us to stop sending them.
If your rate plan charges you for each text then you will be charged by your carrier for these text messages from Rainstorm at your normal rate.
If you opt-in to receive promotions from Rainstorm, you will receive no more than four messages per month.
To stop receiving Rainstorm text messages simply reply STOP to any text message or text STOP to 313131. An unsubscribe message will be sent to your number confirming the cancellation, but no more messages will be sent after that one.
